Thanks, guys. I don't have the details, as we received a call directly from the bookstore, needing to stock like NOW. So, we got them in touch with the distributor, as they have shipping capabilities that we do not, in our humble apartment.

But, we have all the contact info on every prof who got a free review copy, so I'll start doing some match-up this weekend and we'll make a follow-up call Monday to thank the prof who picked it up.

Oh... and then we'll contact all who haven't to let them know they need to catch up. And you know those academics tend to do that kind of thing. Woo hooooooo! Details as they become available.
