Revisiting Rebecca Romijn, the Elitist

Holy bejeebus has my blog traffic spiked since I posted the transcript of the Rebecca Romijn interview on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno as brilliantly interpreted on The Showbiz Show with David Spade! So, here's some info you may like, searchers...

While Rebecca Romijn's appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (originally aired on Friday, 31 March 2006) has likely already rerun in that lovely 2:05am slot that features week-old episodes on NBC, I noticed that she will be a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC tonight. That's 12:05am tomorrow, technically.

Let's see... will she extract her foot from her mouth or cram it deeper inside? Place yer bets, folks!

Meanwhile...

The brilliant episode of The Showbiz Show with David Spade that I transcribed at this earlier post is rerunning TONIGHT on Comedy Central at 7:30pm/10:30pm and 9:30pm/12:30am (check local listings). Sooo... perhaps some wonderful person who loves to YouTube will grab it like this guy did with the previously brilliant bit David Spade did on Vin Diesel's talk show appearances. If you haven't seen it, go enjoy. And remember, actors... you should TRY to sound natural and unrehearsed when you do your big talk show visits.

Ah, showbiz. I love it so much!

Oh - the Vin Diesel clip was priceless! LOL!

The thing that's really the soothing balm on the wound of her talking smack on my extra friends is the fact that her show is too bad to even watch for the purpose of laughing at. Also, she's marrying Jerry O'Connell? Of Sliders fame? I couldn't have guessed them as a couple if I had two years and unlimited guesses to do so.

Also, thanks for the words of support on my blog! I was so happy to see that you're reading and that now I can read yours. I don't care if blogs are kind of nerdy. I love them.

I have totally read that Rebecca Romjin transcript outloud to, like, so many people. (Okay, two.) But she's such a train wreck it's amazing.

I want you to get some "Billy Zabka" hits. Actually, I want someone to search for my penis on google and then to find "Billy Zabka" here on your blog.

(I love the fact that some people are going to read the above sentence and be like "WHAT THE FRIG IS HE TALKING ABOUT?") (And I hope they actually think "THE FRIG" in their heads as part of that thought because more people should use the phrase "THE FRIG.")

LYMI.

WHAT THE FRIG? I so love that! And I do love that I dreamed of your Billy Zabka (why do I suddenly feel like Kyle MacLaughlin referring to his John Thomas when I type/say Billy Zabka?) and of blogging in general. Woo!

Okay, so I think we were able to get some footage of the amazing Rebecca Romijn elitist/David Spade bit digitized and I'll park it on Cricket Feet's monster server tomorrow. Woo!

Should I fear the big scary copyright police? Should I end every paragraph with WOO? Woo!

Oh, and it looks like she totally avoided the issue on KIMMEL. Keith and I were talking about it tonight (before it aired) and guessing/betting whether she'd bring it up.

We decided her publicist had to tell her to just ignore it and it would go away.

Heh.

Her publicist has been Google-landing on my blog. Woo!

I betcha Vin and Spade are gonna have a little heart-to-heart real soon.
I read Sidney Lumet's book 'Making Movies', too. Didn't help MY competence any. NOR did the OTHER movie book that Vinnie used to jumpstart his career- 'Feature Film Making on Used Car Prices'.
Did he hae hair in
Saving Private Ryan?
