Here, here! I am so over it already. Is this REALLY entertainment? Really?

I fifth that sentiment.

(And I, like Babes, love Tina Fey. Babes--I missed SNL this weekend, but I hear it was a good one, for the most part. Don't you miss when Tom Hanks used to let himself be funny in movies, i.e. back when he made comedies. He's such a funny man. I mean, Joe vs. The Volcano? Hello? Brilliant. I want Tom to start making funny movies again.)

Yes, I really do miss that. Joe vs. the Volcano *was* great. And SNL was okay...I haven't watched a current one in a few years, I don't think. Their opening sketch/political parody is always the best. Saturday night Bill Frist was pitching his new gas plan to W and it was straight political satire at the beginning which segued into an infomercial parody where every American would get a special mop and a two night stay at Busch Gardens and $120 cash if they allowed oil drilling in Alaska...that was by far the funniest thing.

And don't you also miss the days when Meg Ryan didn't have fish lips and was actually *not* the female lead in like EVERY SINGLE ROMANTIC COMEDY and not like, three or more opposite Tom Hanks?

Oh and Erik, Will Forte *is* HOT! He has gotten like 10x hotter since the days of "The Falconer".

Oh but Bonnie, the real reason I stopped by was to apologize in advance that I can't be there tomorrow night but I have already dedicated tomorrow night to drunken revelry with good alcoholic company at Tuesdays starting BEFOREhand. (Celebrating my last Tuesday on-the-job).
