Looking at your year in review, seems you and I have a common thread in our lives ....work, work, work. You got to tell me how you lost 50lbs. You must feel great.

Hibe--Thank you! :) I lost 50 pounds by making simple changes slowly over the whole year, and sticking to it. :) Being patient with myself as it happened and never seeing a "blip" as a reason to throw in the towel. Started by cutting out fast food, then eating leaner meats and lots of fish, really great carbs (veggies), cutting out most processed foods, and getting my ass moving. Wii Fit was the most efficient exercise for me. :) I loved it and stuck to it, which was really important.

I still have another 20 to 30 pounds to go, but now that I've learned HOW to do this--and still live my life, have treats, enjoy my booze and dine out when I want to and just make better choices along the way--I know it'll happen before my birthday (July). I'm gonna basically have a whole new body in 18 months! :) And I really have changed my way of looking at food. It's such a healthy journey! I'll share more when I'm closer to the big goal. :)

And yes... always WORK. I love my job, so it makes it really easy to keep working! :)
