I Like Cows

Friday was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A, and if you dressed like a cow, you got a free meal. Free and Chick-fil-A and costumes–all of my favorite things wrapped into one.

I managed to find some good sports to join me. Cheryl and Melanie wore cow crowns and got a free entree. Carrie got very creative with her latex glove udder. Her coworker Stephen helped.
Carrie is udderly fabulous
There were a lot of people there with black spots on a white shirt and construction paper crowns with cow ears. Every time someone came in the restaurant with a costume, someone rang a cow bell. In this picture, the guy in the red shirt had a black spot on his cheek and a sign on his chest that read “I’m a cow.”

Carrie and I got our picture with the mascot cow. You can see my authentic cow tag hanging from my cow ear. Also, check out the stylized cow spots on my skirt. Carrie has some fun pictures too.
Cow Appreciation Day
I was a happy cow hopped up on comfort food and too much sweet tea (free refills).
