so apparently we have a new “logo” — representin’!!!
The new logo, “Athens: Life Unleashed,” cost the CVB $8,170 to develop. Work on the logo included six months of research involving tourist interviews, focus groups conducted with meeting planners and tourism professionals and Internet surveys with people who had requested visitor information on Athens. link
$8,170 and a big public unveiling later and they still don’t have the logo posted to their website yet. awesome.
