chip and i spent last weekend with my parents in virginia participating our last wedding-related activity. my folks decided to throw a reception for friends and church members.  it was really lovely, and i think everyone really enjoyed themselves. (i hope they did because this is the last dog and pony show we’re planning to do.  ever.)  at any rate, i thought we looked good!  =)

now that we’re back, the yard sale is over, the reception is over, we’ve taken everything that’s junk to the dump… it’s time to truly buckle down and get ready for thanksgiving, thankmas and christmas!

but first things first:  scorpio party!  it has been moved from athens to ATL this year.  if you’re interested, it’s friday, nov. 21.  chip, kate, sarah and stephanie are cooking up the details.

chip & i had a few items left over from the yard sale on saturday that were in good condition that we thought people might like.  these items are either collectibles or too good for goodwill.  (because it was the georgia/florida weekend, turnout was pretty low.)
