The adaptation &#8211; transforming Blue Sky from a simple coffee cafe to a full-service restaurant serving lunch, dinner and alcohol &#8211; required the owners to lease the space next door and complete a costly renovation.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>They completely ruined it as a coffee shop when they went restaurant. They should have just done away with the coffee idea and gone for a new deal altogether instead of trying to have both.  I also have heard that the ideas for the &#8220;Big Shot&#8221; bar opening on College Ave is kind of dead. It&#8217;s all about the Hot Corner\/Clocked\/Flicker\/Manhattan world now.
