I woke up about 2:00 AM and haven&#8217;t managed to get back to bed yet. This means that at some point today I will need to take an extended nap. I can hear the freezing rain outside and it sounds like it is cold and nasty out there.<\/p>\n<p>I want to go to Fluke today but I also have BUNCHES of comics and DVDs that are calling my name. I have also realized that I miss my brit-soap Eastenders so I&#8217;m catching up on the synopses of past episodes (I&#8217;m in November 04 right now)and I have downloaded episodes  from all of this past week. How could I ever have strayed away for so long. I tried watching last Monday&#8217;s earlier today and all the wrong people were sleeping together. That&#8217;s what prompted my synopses quest.<\/p>\n<p>Self-Restraint :Shawn: and :Jenny: cancelled our scrabble plan so :Sam: and Kate and I sat around and I showed Sam how to burn DVDs on her laptop and we all watched TV and ate take-out from Inoko Express (Kate and Me) and Taco Bell (:Sam:).<\/p>\n<p>:jocelyn:&#8217;s exchange teacher has arrived.<\/p>\n<p>It is my turn to cook on Monday, now dubbed MondayGras? I am going to attempt to make jambalaya with shrimp (so kate can eat). I have only ever made it with chicken but I doubt it will make any diff. And of course, we will attempt beignets. Can anybody suggest anything else? Where can I get shrimp that needs NOTHING else done to it other than cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Heads, veins, and tails are grody to the MAX.<\/p>\n<p>So, if someone wants to drag me from the house, call.
