Drove to Virginia and back again.<br \/>\n1 weekend ago. Drove to Ocean Isle Beach, NC.<br \/>\nThis weekend. Came home.<\/p>\n<p>We went to Wilmington on Friday and I spied some of the locations of &#8220;One Tree Hill&#8221; such as Karen&#8217;s Cafe:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/chipw\/676956283\/\" title=\"Photo Sharing\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm2.static.flickr.com\/1371\/676956283_dc5146aff3.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Karen's Cafe\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>and the CD store:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/chipw\/677748188\/\" title=\"Photo Sharing\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm2.static.flickr.com\/1354\/677748188_0ea875e9c2.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"CD Alley\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>That makes me wonder if I still have the photos from when I went to the &#8220;Homicide&#8221; stuff in Baltimore. That may have gotten lost in the hard drive crash.<\/p>\n<p>I dropped my new Macbook but it survived with only some minor damage. That&#8217;s why I am not allowed to buy an iPhone (until they have GPS and then I really want one).<\/p>\n<p>There are some more pictures on my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/chipw\/\">flickr pages<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I mostly read while at the beach (&#8220;Fun Home&#8221;, &#8220;Great Darkness Saga&#8221; and started &#8220;HP and the Goblet of Fire&#8221;) with occasional bike rides and swims in the ocean.<\/p>\n<p>I am now washing clothes and cleaning my house.<\/p>\n<p>Oh yeah, we also saw &#8220;Knocked Up&#8221; and &#8220;Ratatouille&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Back in Athens. 2 weekends ago.
