One for You Lawyers

Okay, so this is bizarre. I got a notice in the mail that Alan Spano and Gale Spano are filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy and that I may be a creditor. I have never heard of these people, and I can’t think of anyone who owes me/us money. I just called the clerk’s office and was told the claim is for $0. So for some reason they listed me even though they claim they owe me nothing and of course I’ve never heard of them. Very weird. I wonder if they just picked me out of the phone book at random. And if I were crooked, I could take advantage of this–it has their SSNs and other personal information. Any theories from you Spynotebook lawyers and lawyers-to-be?
I’ll bet the ads change suddenly and irrevocably to bankruptcy topics.
