. . . would still smell like chicken poop.
But still, all that manure that could help create a bunch of these, which do smell sweet.
The naming is not yet finalized, but I do like Cousin Sarah’s suggestion to name them after aunts. Perhaps I’ll save Ima Reatha for potential future offspring. But I’ve always loved my Aunt Corabelle’s name, so I’m thinking “Likespearsalot,” my favorite of the two, will be Corabelle. I called her that a few times tonight, and she seemed to like it. The other’s name I haven’t settled on. “Pecky” and “Poopybutt” seem fitting, but she may get an aunt’s name too. But there are so many delicious ones to chose from! Perhaps Gerila (pronounced ger-I-la). Perhaps Marie (pronounced MAY REE). Probably Jewel (pronounced like jewel but with almost a Doppler effect).
I am really looking forward to building a more functional fence for them. With a real gate. Chickenwire scratches are neither comfortable nor becoming, yet aplenty on my arms and ankles.
A lot of other stuff has been goinig on. I won’t take time to document fully, but I will say that this is the best use of a china cabinet I’ve ever seen.
And Mike and Alison know how to throw down.
And the Professor had a birthday. I rode rollercoasters in his honor,
and he rode the old-timey cars on a track with me, plus the carousel, which were more my speed. There are plenty of pictures but I can’t figure out how to load them. My new camera takes pictures that take up more space, so I can’t upload them, and I can’t figure out how to save them as smaller files. PhotoShop is complicated. And I’m tired. But I will say there was Cecelia Villaveces cake and lots of friends and great food. Happy Birthday, Professor!

If you were naming pets after family members, you could always dig up some embarassing names in your family tree and bestow those on the pets. I had a great aunt who was named, and I kid you not, Shiloh Victory. She was called, “Auntie Shy.”
As far as the camera photos are concerned – which application are you using? Are you using the one that came with the camera or Photoshop or Photoshop Elements? Because most of them have a “Save for Web…” feature that automatically resizes the pictures and gets them to the point where they can be uploaded. I can give you any advice in this area if you want.

You should download Picassa to help with your photos. It is a good manager and you can export in any size plus do simple cosmetic fixes. It’s free.
