The Silver Lining to Being Sick

I have another cold. More Kleenex stuffed up my nose. The silver lining is I got to do a lot of knitting today while trying to forget about being sick. Here are a few recent projects.

I’m also knitting away on Jamesy for Austin, who is ailing as well (torn ACL), but that sweater is sloooow going.
Corabelle is sick too, and today FedEx delivered the medicine I ordered online, since I couldn’t find anyone around here who carried it. It is in pill form. I had no idea how to give it to her, so called the number on the bottle. They said to throw it down and the chicken would eat it. Well, it was nothing like when Porky Pig had pills to change the weather and the farm animals greedily ate them up, but it was a lot easier than I expected it to be. I managed to catch her after a few tries and got the pill to stay in her mouth after about four tries. Wish us all health!
