It’s too bad that I didn’t go see them during AthFest. I IM’d with Ryan this morning. After the show, they met with some people from the DC/Baltimore 2012 label. The next day they went to lunch and got a record deal. Last week, they recorded 14 songs with Chris Bishop at Radium which is out past the Country Club. Ryan just got the tracks last night so I haven’t heard them yet. They are slated for a Spring 2003 release. Not a bad thing to do the summer between high school and college. Or, in Madie’s case, the summer before your senior year of high school.
