Trevor’s MoreMemory sort of reminds me of our early attempt at the spynotebook. I have often thought about when things took place and I have to use odd methods like what TV shows were on (“I watched the last Twin Peaks when I lived with Jake”) and where I was living (“I sort of remember being driving to North Ave on my 21st birthday”). It would be handy to have it all in one application.
The original spynotebook was going to be a huge shared timeline that we all posted to. When there was a crossover event that more than one of us attended, it would have details from everyone. We were also going to use it to spy on people (“Saw R.E.M. eating pickles”).
When I moved to a Windows platform, I think Spynotebook was lost. I liked to domain name though and use it for the blogs now.
Anyhoo. I should get to work now. Or at least showered and shaved for work.
