So, it has come to the time in my life when I realize I must be healthier. I am trying to eat less but better and doing more excercise than I was before. This was not hard since I was doing basically none before. My legs are feeling the strain from walking the past few days. For the most part, I am trying to walk 40 minutes in the morning and 40 minutes in the afternoon. I may start using the weight room at school but I need to find someone to work with because I haven’t been in weight lifting since Amy and I did it back in high school. We had art three days a week and weight lifting two. That seems like an odd combo. Anyhoo.
Cash and I went shopping after work for me to get some new shoes. Then to the Barnes and Noble. It has been suggested that I try the South Beach Diet but that seems like a lot of trouble for me to do alone. I need convenience in my life. I know that Weight Watchers has those meals you can buy and microwave. Any other suggestions? I ate one of the “low-fat” sandwiches from Subway but that still seems vaguely unhealthy.
I’m tired but not sleepy. I think it is time to watch some TV. I have two Newsradios saved up. Awe-some.
