Jocelyn called from New Zealand. She actually called Tuesday night but I ignored the phone because A) I was at dinner with Scooley and B) There wasn’t Caller ID and you should never answer a phone call without knowing who it is going to be. At least you shouldn’t if you are me. That’s what can get you into trouble. Today when she called, I was smart enough to answer the phone.
As I said, had dinner with Scooley last night and we watched “Six Feet Under” and about 45 minutes of “North Shore”. Don’t waste your time with “North Shore”. It is more of a rip-off of “Las Vegas” than “The O.C.”.
Today, Cash and I went to Home Depot and bought all the stuff we need to run power out to the barn. Now, I just have to (or hire a kid to) dig a small trench between my house and the barn. Then, I’ll need a window cut for the AC and I’ll put in insulation. Once I have some sort of climate control out there, I can move my comics and books out there. Then, I will have room inside for MORE STUFF! Very exciting.
