I have been waiting to see “Shaun of the Dead” since we saw Simon (star, writer) and Edgar (writer, director) and the trailer at Comic-Con. They were funny enough that I bought both series of “Spaced” (their TV show) on DVD as soon as I got back home. If you have Trio, they are showing season 2. But, I don’t think many people get Trio, so I needlessly digress.
Kate, David, Sam, Hannah, and I saw “Shaun” last night and it was just as good as I thought it would be (which is rare). It had more gore than some of the gals liked but that didn’t bother me all that much. I think if I had seen more zombie movies in my life I would have caught more of the references but you don’t need to be a zombie fan to enjoy it.
