Brunch and Books

Hannah’s resolution was to start a Sunday brunch tradition. Jocelyn and I decided to join her in this endeavor and we three had lunch at the Grit. She wants to start having dinners also so we are going to eat at her house tomorrow night. Joc and I went to Borders and Barnes and Noble afterwards.

I’m trying to decide what to read when my Ender/Bean kick is over soon. I think I will lay off the Orson Scott Card for a while because I don’t want to get tricked into being a Mormon without my knowledge.

I think I may read the Narnia books by C.S. Lewis because they have been sitting on my shelf for years. Any other suggestions are welcomed.

I think the supper club may have been Jocelyn’s idea. Or at least the part about turning it into a “club” was hers. Just want to make sure credit is given where it’s due…
