The Green Chair Issue

I just remembered that I have these cool chairs which I have never actually used in my kitchen. Is now the time to start? Do I do away with the benches and get a new table? Or paint the table I have? Or completely recreate the Peach Pit from 90210 (and at night I could turn my lights of for Peach Pit After Dark and get David Silver to DJ. It would be rad.)?

Should I ignore the chairs (there are 4) as I have done in the past?

    Are you kidding me? you are now REQUIRED to use those chairs. I don’t think it’s entirely necessary to abandon your other seating options. Just get those bad boys in that room some how (or somewhere where they will be daily admired). MJ

    And you know the best part about the chairs?

    $20 for *all four* at an auction a couple of years ago.

    They are by far my crowning achievement of auction-going.

    I prefer sitting in chairs to benches to eat any day. Plus those chairs look more “you.” Was the Peach Pit painted peach? If so, and you followed that, those green chairs would really stand out.

    I’m so totally into those chairs I can’t even stand it. You must make them work. Go Art Deco, baby. It’s calling.
