Let’s just skip the work stuff.
Came home, Brittney called from Sam’s phone and they were at happy hour at Molly O’Shea’s so I went down there and met them and the normal IBR crew plus Ken the Hot Dog BBQ Guy from the front of the Court House. On my way from the car to the bar, bumped into Cousin Mark who gave me science fiction and erotica he couldn’t sell at Jackson Street so I knew the evening wasn’t going to be a complete waste. Got to the bar. Gave Sam the erotica. Sat there for long enough to make dinner plans with Hannah, her come downtown, then decide to go to the ATL with Hamil and Jocelyn to see “Sideways”.
When I was talking to Hannah on the cell outside, I saw my friend Abigail who was also in Molly’s so she came and sat with us for a while. She just got a cool sounding job at What’s Up Interactive as an “online news web editor” which she is shortening to “online news editor” because the web doesn’t seem to be needed with the online. Note to Bon: it’s all because the technology club, ya know.
Sam and I left, got food from Achim’s K-Bob, and came home and watched “Survivor” and then random crap until I took her home and then fell asleep.
My plan for Saturday is simple. I am going to read some comics, continue reading the new Orson Scott Card book (“Shadow of the Giant”, like the bijillioneth Ender book), and maybe go to Potter’s House and Habitat and garage sales to check for tables. Hillary mentioned an auction next weekend which might have a table. :amym: sent me one from ebay but the problem with that and probably the ikea is going to be the shipping.
Have I mentioned that apparently we are making a linoleum rug as part of my new kitchen?
Note to Hamil: I like your idea of the new appliances, but I like the idea of my being able to afford food better.

Oooo…Sideways…when are you going? I want to tage along.
Ikea is coming to atlanta this summer, if you can wait for the table…
Ken the bbq guy? Or does he also have hotdogs now?
