Friday

I learned today that the Lunokhod 1 landed on the moon on the day I was born. It (duh!)was the first roving remote-controlled robot to land on another world.

Last night Jocelyn, Peter, and I went to Jefferson to have dinner at La Hacienda which we were told was good mexican food. I think we all enjoyed it and the waitress loved the fact the Peter spoke spanish. I think there was a bit of a cultural divide between her and the Jefferson High Baseball Team who was also there.

After dinner, we went to Eunice and Jonathan’s Tax Day Party. Didn’t know many people there so ended up talking to Airee and Thomas who I did know. She seemed excited that I was the one that had bought that table from Agora. It does look good in the kitchen.

I have been catching up on TV and comics this morning but I am about to choose some nice location with wireless and go do some laptopping. Call if you want to hang out.

Also, I just signed up for some birthday calendar thingie that Scooley sent me. Not an awful idea. So, click the link below (you don’t have to sign up as far as I can tell) and let me know your birthday. If your spam sense goes off, please ignore.
