Jocelyn’s birthday was yesterday. Monday night we had BBQ at her house to celebrate and then Kate and I briefly met Tera, Jocelyn, and Brad at La Parilla for some birthday sangria. Susan, Sean, and Michael came over last night for a little TV Time (not to be confused with tummy time because of TV’s greater importance in a baby’s life).
Today I start my geek fest. I am seeing the midnight of “Revenge of the Sith” at Carmike and then I am seeing the 6:15 tomorrow at Beechwood. I always end up double-booking my cinematic blockbusters (but I promise to only see “Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants” once).
I am drinking coffee and avoiding going to work. Perhaps more coffee will make it seem OK.
Note on the above/below picture of Michael and the 4-Headed Baby: I originally was going to have Michael’s head in the mouth of my 3-foot Alf doll so I think the wee one got off pretty easy. That is all.
Ooooh, do the Alf one next! Maybe you can save that for Jack’s Christmas card picture!
And see, I’d LET you put my future-kid’s head in the mouth of an Alf doll. That’s not NEARLY as scary!
