Chip Update

First off, I have added two new groovy songs to the jukebox (if you click the side bar link on the spynotebook it opens in a popup), so click and have a listen. Both are a little kelly clarkson related but one is a mashup and one is a cover so you shouldn’t let the American Idolotry bother you.

Hey, y’all rememeber those computers that were supposed to be here on July 12? Yeah, not here yet. Maybe tomorrow! The funny thing is, we will have no problem setting them up. What used to take me weeks, I got down to days over the last few years, and now we are looking at it in terms of hours. Evidently, when you do something THOUSANDS OF TIMES, you get good at it. Soon, I will be able to do a years worth of work in a few weeks and then I can take off the rest of the time.

The next few days are filled with all sorts of pseudodates. The Tera and I are going to a back-to-school dinner at the ACC tomorrow and then on Friday, I am taking Scooley out for a belated 30th birthday dinner.

I posted earlier this month that I had re-established my friendship with Tessa. We started emailing each other to the point that we were emailing everyday and then she lost computer access so we have now moved over into talking on the phone. We chatted yesterday for about 15 minutes which I thought was a good first phone conversation but we totally beat the record tonight with a 2+ hour conversation. There is some mutual crushing going on and so it is too bad that she lives in Seattle and I live in Athens, GA.
