OK. This whole exercise thing? Apparently, it hurts. I have been to the gym three times now and learned just how out of shape I am. But, that’s not a problem, just an information point. The South Beach Diet was not bad for day one and for breakfast of day two. Lunch is a wild card right now because we haven’t prepared anything. Some salad from somewhere or, oddly enough, Wendy’s Chili is OK in Phase I. I also see lots of chicken in my future. Asian bird flu, be damned.

Overall, I think I will be more hurty and healthy when I hit 35.
