So, I find myself making casual references to Jeffrey, a talking mongoose from the Isle of Man.

I read about this when I was a kid and read all of the paranormal and mysteries-of-the-unknown type books that I could get a hold of.

I only recently realized that no one else has any clue what I am talking about.
