Jackson Street Cemetery – Classic Scene – December 1981, originally uploaded by Chip.

Lori and I were on the cover of the Classic Scene in 1981 because we are descended from Abijah and Phoebe Conger, some of the people buried in the old Athens cemetery on Jackson Street.

Check out my sweet digital watch. It was the bomb. One of the few pictures of Chip NOT wearing Chuck Taylors. Hard to believe there was ever a time.

    I think “Abijah” is the best name ever–are Stephanie and Alex still looking for baby name suggestions?
