My life is the opposite of the rest of the K12 educational world. I can not wait for school to start back. School starting is my deadline for about a krajillion projects, some tiny and some huge. Most of these were not even planned at the beginning of the summer which makes for some late days at work and early days on the weekend.
I am waiting for a new webserver to finish updating so I have a few minutes to blog.
Not that I need to advertise my financial situation over the local blogosphere, but due to some monetary maneuvering in the process of buying my house and some inheritance from the grandfolks, I have gotten my credit card debt down to a big ZERO which makes it a but easier to swallow my new mortgage. I should have probably kept a little more money in the account to make it to my next payday but I really wanted to see those $0.00s.
Speaking of being cheap, I am hooked on the “ready to eat” packets of indian food from the Taj Mahal grocery store. I blame it all on Courtney’s potluck. Not that these were served, I just bought some on the same trip.
