Roller Derby and Pickle Juice

We went to the roller derby last night to see the Classic City Rollergirls go up against the Blue Ridge Rollergirls. It was incredibly close and Athens had the lead a few times, but at the end Blue Ridge won.

I am still having trouble taking good roller derby pictures with the lens I am using, but I still have enough of the lomo mindset that as long as it is an interesting image, I am OK with it.

But, on the brighter side of things, I bought Kate frozen pickle juice and those pictures turned out great.

I didn’t try the pickle juice myself, but I am sure it was very pickley.
