My other tank is haunted.

It’s 1:10 AM Thursday night. We just got back from a special screening for special people (thanks to Sean’s peeps, we are special) of the very first showing of “Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow” on film. Pretty rad. The director, producers, etc. were all there. Can’t talk more about it or might get silenced by the World Police.

I went to Comic Book Law School 101 which was all about copyright and trademarks. Bumped into Patrick (draws for Flagpole) and his wife Erin who is an old friend of several readers of this blog. I also saw part of the Geoff Johns panel, the Vertigo panel, a really awesome Freaks and Geeks panel, and probably stuff I am forgetting.

They had a girl in a glass box to promote Species III. Kind of disturbing. She appeared bored. I got a sketch of Wonder Girl by Todd Nauck and Jame and I both got autographed pictures of Erin Grey. I got her as Wilma from Buck Rogers but James went with Kate from Silver Spoons. She rubbed his hand. It was a special moment.

We had an awesome dinner at an Indian place called Monsoon and breakfast at our fave rave Cafe 222.

Courtney is coming to see us tomorrow so that should be fun.
