After seeing Elissa at the wedding last weekend, I decided to set up a Google News Alert with her name to read her articles in the New York Times. This one came through this morning:
I am invited to two parties tonight. One is a space party downtown where you are supposed to dress all spacy. I guess I could say I misunderstood and come as Kevin Spacey. The other party is a dress like prom 1984 party. You would think I was creative enough to come up with a costume that would fit both.
But, I’m not.
I would also be the only one at the party who actually attended a prom in the 1980’s.
Maybe I will just stay home and watch “What I Like About You”. Amanda Bynes doesn’t insist on a dress code for me.
