So, as some of you know I have been counting down to my trip to Seattle to see Tessa again for the first time. Well, due to some strange twists of fate (which really have been abundant in the Chip/Tessa relationship), Tessa arrived at the Atlanta airport at 5:00 today. I went and picked her up and we had a very nice dinner at Fritti (Thanks for the assist, Stephie) and then I took her to Alpharetta and met her sister Eleanor and her nephew Sean . They were both very nice. Sean is six and likes Marvel Comics so we are going to be good friends. Tessa wasn’t so bad herself.
If everything goes according to plan, Eleanor and I are going to do a custody swap on Thursday and Tess will come and hang out in Athens.
Since none of this was planned as of around lunchtime on Monday, it has been a very surreal day and a half.
I should go to sleep.
