I think this is the fastest I have ever done my taxes. Of course, the fact that I got a big chunk of dough back was a good incentive. The money is being set aside for travelling this year. So, who wants to go somewhere? I’m not kidding.
I got the new Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins CD in the mail today. A little more country than I tend to like but I do like Jenny’s voice so I think I will be listening to it a lot. On an unrelated note, I also recently acquired some music from the German teen band, Die Lollipops which is about as far from Jenny Lewis as you can get. They remind me more of Jerry Lewis. Expect all of this on an upcoming Fat Baby Project Podcast.

Inspiring! I seem to take longer each year, getting my taxes done. When do we get to be the kind of people who just show up to their accountant’s office with a box of papers, drop it off, and come back a month later to sign stuff?
