First of all, we should be very proud of Jocelyn for deveining her own shrimp. Who knew she had it in her? I certainly didn’t. I am sitting in her kitchen right now watching her put the finishing touches on shrimp, tomato, and basil pasta. I think we are having watermelon and feta salad also. It is rare that Jocelyn branches out of the mexican lasagna / cornflake chicken box so we are all eagerly awaiting the outcome.
